The purpose of the current research is presenting the model of implementation of credit policies in the country's Qard Al-Hasan Banks using a mixed method. The current research is based on interpretive paradigm and its nature is exploratory-descriptive and and in terms of the purpose, it is also included in the category of applied research. In order to obtain data, a mixed method was used. To analysis the data in the qualitative section, the method of Grounded theory with the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin was used and in the quantitative section, the Structural Equation Modeling method was used. From a total of 511 primary open codes, 215 axial codes and finally 53 selective codes were categorized. The results of this research show the relationships of the five main dimensions of causal conditions (9 selective codes), contextual conditions (8 selective codes), intervening conditions (9 selective codes), strategies (15 selective codes) and consequences (12 selective codes) around the implementation of credit policies in the country's Qard Al-Hasan Banks. Finally, the results of the quantitative part of the research also confirm the acceptance of all research hypotheses and the validity of the model. Credit policies based on the bank's directions, priorities, principles and goals are known as an important and integral part of a bank's macro policies, and using the model presented in this research will be effective in implementing credit policies. |
