fa نقش هدف‌گذاری تورم در سیاست یکسان‌سازی نرخ ارز: رویکرد تفاوت در تفاوت‌ها مالیه بین‌الملل (F3) International Finance (F3) مطالعه تجربی Empirical Study <p class="04" dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;به‌طورکلی، تحولات نظام‌های ارزی یکی از مهم‌ترین مقولات در حوزهٔ اقتصاد کلان باز و مالیهٔ بین‌الملل است و سیاست یکسان‌سازی نرخ ارز، جزء سیاست‌های اصلاحی بسیار مهم کشورهای درحال‌توسعه و نوظهور مطرح بوده است؛ اما این تعدیل و تصحیح نرخ ارز باید در چهارچوب نظام اصلاحی و جدول خاص تعدیلات اصلاحی انجام شود، به‌گونه‌ای که یکی از پیش‌شرط‌های موجود برای آن را می‌توان هدف‌گذاری تورم دانست. در این پژوهش ارزیابی خواهد شد که هدف‌گذاری تورم برای انجام دادن سیاست یکسان‌سازی نرخ ارز تا چه حد ضروری و تعیین‌کننده است؟ و آیا می‌تواند آثار تورمی ناشی از این سیاست را کاهش دهد؟ برای این منظور از رویکرد تفاوت‌ در تفاوت‌ها جهت برآورد آثار این سیاست بر تورم و داده‌های ترکیبی طی دورهٔ ۲۰۱۶-۱۹۸۴ استفاده شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که سیاست هدف‌گذاری تورم می‌تواند در تورم ناشی از یکسان‌سازی نرخ ارز اثرگذار باشد و برای اجرای این سیاست، ضروری است. این در حالی است که نقش شرایط اقتصاد کلان و محیط اقتصادی، در اثرگذاری این سیاست تعیین‌کننده است.<b><span dir="LTR"></span></b></p> <p class="04" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:35.45pt;margin-bottom:12.0pt; margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed">&nbsp;Generally, one of the important issue in open macroeconomics and international finance literature is the innovations of exchange rate regimes, and exchange rate unification policy is one of the most important reforming policies in developing and emerging countries. By considering the experience of other emerging countries for exchange rates unification policy in this study, it will be investigated that what is the role of inflation targeting for the implementation of the exchange rate unification policy? Moreover, it will be examined that can inflation targeting reduces the inflationary effects of this policy? For this purpose, the difference-in-differences approach is employed to estimate the effects of this policy using panel data during the period 1984-2016. According to the results, in countries which applied exchange rate unification policy, the lower inflation has been experienced in inflation targeting countries.
