fa تأثیر اجزای سرمایهٔ فکری و ضریب ارزش‌افزودهٔ فکری در عملکرد مــالی بانک‌ها مؤسسات و خدمات مالی (G2) Financial Institutions and Services (G2) مطالعه تجربی Empirical Study <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<span style="font-style: italic;">در اقتصاد دانش‌محور، از سرمایهٔ فکری به‌منظور ایجاد ارزش برای سازمان‌ها استفاده می‌شود. سازمان‌ها به‌دنبال ایجاد، مدیریت، گسترش، و بهره‌برداری بهینه از سرمایه‌های فکری در راستای ارزش‌آفرینی سازمانی و بهبود فرایند کسب‌وکارند. با توجه به رقابتی‌بودن عصر حاضر، به‌نظر می‌رسد بانک‌ها برای رسیدن به اهداف و انجام صحیح وظایف، بایستی عملکرد خود را بهبود بخشند تا بتوانند از رقبای خود پیشی بگیرند. یکی از عوامل مؤثر در عملکرد بانک‌ها سرمایهٔ فکری است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر سرمایهٔ فکری و ضریب ارزش‌افزودهٔ سرمایهٔ فکری در عملکرد بانک‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 139۱-139۵ است. به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانهٔ داده‌های پانلی استفاده شده است. یک‌بار اثر سرمایهٔ فکری ‌به‌طور‌ کلی و یک‌بار اثر اجزای سرمایهٔ فکری بررسی شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد سرمایهٔ فکری بیشتر تحت‌تأثیر سرمایهٔ انسانی است و ضریب ارزش‌افزودهٔ سرمایهٔ انسانی بر عملکرد بانک‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار ‌رابطهٔ مثبت و معنادار دارد.</span></div> <p class="04" dir="RTL" style="margin-left: 20mm; text-align: justify;"><span lang="FA"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> &nbsp; <p class="04" style="margin-top:0mm;margin-right:0mm;margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:0mm;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed">In the knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital is used to create value for organizations. Organizations seek to create, manage, expand and exploit optimal intellectual capital in terms of organizational value creation and business process improvement. Considering the competitiveness of the present age seems that banks must improve their performance to achieve their goals and perform their duties correctly so that they can surpass their competitors. One of the factors affecting the performance of banks is intellectual capital. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intellectual capital and the value-added intellectual coefficient on the performance of accepted banks in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. To test the hypotheses of the research, multiple linear regression analysis of panel data has been used. One-time of intellectual capital is generally reviewed and once the effects of intellectual capital components were examined.
