fa تأثیر متغیرهای زمینه‌ای دموکراسی بر کنترل فساد اقتصادی؛ با تأکید بر حقوق مالکیت اقتصادکلان: مصرف، پس‌انداز، تولید، اشتغال و سرمایه‌گذاری Macroeconomics: Consumption, Saving, Production, Employment, and Investment (E2) مطالعه تجربی Empirical Study هدف از ایﻦ پژوهش در ابتدا، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎیﯽ ﭘﺪیﺪه ﻓﺴﺎد در یک تحلیل تعادل عمومی و سپس بررسی واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ آن به ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫـﺎی تأثیرگذار اﻗﺘﺼـﺎدی، ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﯽ نظیر نابرابری درآمد و حمایت از حقوق مالکیت با تأکید بر مقوله دﻣﻮﮐﺮاﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. برای این منظور از داده&rlm;ﻫﺎی سری زمانی ﺗﺎﺑﻠﻮیﯽ شامل ۵۳ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ و ﺳﺎل&rlm;ﻫﺎی ۱۹۹۶ تا ۲۰۱۳، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که دموکراسی اثر منفی معنی‌داری بر فساد دارد. همچنین حقوق مالکیت، نرخ رشد اقتصادی و سرمایه‌‌گذاری رابطه منفی معنی‌داری با فساد دارند. به عبارت دیگر افزایش این متغیرها موجب کاهش فساد در اقتصاد شده است. از سوی دیگر ضریب جینی و بی‌ثباتی سیاسی رابطه مثبت معنی‌داری با شاخص فساد دارند. به&rlm;طورکلی، بروز نابرابری‌های اقتصادی و بی‌ثباتی سیاسی، پایه&rlm;های گسترش دموکراسی را ضعیف و زمینه&rlm;های فساد در جامعه را فراهم می&rlm;آورد. البته اثر دموکراسی بر روی فساد مشروط به متغیر حقوق مالکیت است، به‌طوری‌که با افزایش حمایت از حقوق مالکیت، دموکراسی می‌تواند عملکرد بهتری جهت کنترل فساد، به‌خصوص در کشورهای با اقتصاد رانتی نسبت به کشورهای غیر رانتی داشته باشد.<br> &nbsp; Corruption is an economic, political and cultural disorder phenomenon, that influence on developed and developing countries.In this study,&nbsp; first, we identify the phenomenon of corruption in a general equilibrium analysis. Then, we investigate the relationship between corruption, property right, and democracy, on the basis of the evidence from developing economies. For this purpose, a panel model is used to analyze relevant data of 53 selected developing countries for the period of 1996 and 2013. The results indicate significant negative effects of democracy, property rights, economic growth and investment on the level of corruption. Moreover, Gini coefficient of inequality and political instability have a significant and positive effect on corruption.
