fa واکاوی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در صنعت بانکداری(مطالعه موردی: شهر کرمانشاه) مؤسسات و خدمات مالی (G2) Financial Institutions and Services (G2) مطالعه موردی Case Study هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی چالش ها و فرصت های به کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در صنعت بانکداری می باشد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از منظر رویکرد مورد استفاده، آمیخته اکتشافی و براساس ماهیت و روش گردآوری داده ها، یک پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی، شامل کارشناسان و متخصصان و خبرگان در شعب بانک های خصوصی و دولتی شهر کرمانشاه می باشد. در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با متخصصان حوزه بانکی، چالش ها و فرصت های شناسایی شده با استفاده از پرسشنامه و براساس آزمون فریدمن در محیط نرم افزار SPSS V26، پرداخته شد. براساس یافته های پژوهش، فرصت ارائه محصولات و خدمات جدید با میانگین 12/10، فرصت افزایش رضایت مشتریان با میانگین 11/47 و فرصت خودکارسازی عملیات تجاری داخلی با میانگین 11/43 در اولویت های اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. هم چنین براساس یافته های پژوهش، چالش مقاومت فرهنگی و سازمانی با میانگین 6/87، چالش ضعف قوانین و مقررات در رابطه با به کارگیری هوش مصنوعی با میانگین 6/30 و چالش بیکاری و از دست دادن شغل با میانگین 6/17 در اولویت های اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. The aim of this study is to identify and rank the challenges and opportunities of using artificial intelligence in the banking industry. This research is applied in terms of itspurpos and is mixed exploratory approach, and based on the nature and method of date collection, it is a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population of the study, in two qualitative and quantitative stages, includes experts, specialists, and experts in the branches of private and public banks in Kermanshah. In the qualitative section, challenges and opportunities for applying artificial intelligence in the banking industry were identified using content analysis and semi-structured interviews with banking experts. In the quantitative section, the identified challenges and opportunities were ranked using a questionnaire and based on the Friedman test in the SPSS V26 software environment. Based on the findings of the research, the opportunity to provide new products and services with an average of 12/10, the oportunty to increas customer satisfaction with an average of 11/47, and the opportunity to automate internal business operations with an average of 11/43. These were placed in the first to third priorties.
