fa زیست بوم رمز ارزها در جمهوری اسلامی ایران سیاست اقتصاد کلان، جنبه‌های اقتصاد کلان مالیه عمومی و چشم‌انداز کلی (E6) Macroeconomic Policy, Macroeconomic Aspects of Public Finance, and General Outlook (E6) مقاله نظری Theoretical Article <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span>در سال‌های اخیر، موضوع رمزارزها به‌عنوان یکی از عناصر تأثیرگذار اقتصاد رقومی مطرح شده است. برای شناخت فنّاوری‌های نوین ازجمله رمزارزها ، ابتدا لازم است افراز جامعی از اجزای زیست‌بوم آن‌ها ارائه شود. هدف از انجام این تحقیق کمک به شناخت زیست‌بوم رمزارزها در جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که با تمرکز بر تعامل سه‌گانهٔ مردم،کسب‌وکارها، و دولت/حاکمیت صورت پذیرفته است. در این تحقیق کاربردی که به روش آمیخته (کمّی/کیفی) انجام شده، ضمن مرور و مطالعه و پیمایش سامان‌مند ادبیات موضوعی، چهارچوب زیست مفهومی پیشنهادی بوم تدوین، و با اخذ نظرات خبرگانی به‌صورت مصاحبهٔ عمیق و سنجش نسبت و شاخص روایی محتوایی لاواشه مورد اعتبارسنجی قرار گرفته است. روش نمونه‌گیری تحقیق هدفمند قضاوتی و گلوله‌برفی بوده که تا اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرده و به ۱۰ نفر حجم نمونه رسیده است. براساس نتایج حاصله، &laquo;حکومت&raquo;، &laquo;کسب‌وکارها&raquo;، و &laquo;مردم&raquo; به‌عنوان ارکان اصلی زیست‌بوم، سیاست‌گذاران و تصمیم‌سازان به‌عنوان بازیگران، و سایر موجودیت‌های تأثیرگذار/تأثیرپذیر به‌عنوان ذی‌نفعان زیست‌بوم شناسایی شده‌اند. همچنین، ازآنجاکه فنّاوری رمزارزها یک پدیدهٔ در حال تکوین است، لذا امکان تغییر در چارچوب و یا فرایندهای زیست‌بوم مربوطه نیز وجود خواهد داشت. <div> <hr align="left" class="msocomoff" size="1" width="33%" > <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on<illegal tag>mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag>mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span kayhan="" style="font-family:" xb="">.</span></span></span></span></div> </div> </div> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed">In recent years, the issue of cryptocurrencies has been raised as one of the influential elements of the digital economy. To understand new technologies, including cryptocurrencies, it is first necessary to present a comprehensive breakdown of their ecosystem components. The purpose of this research is to help understand the ecosystem of cryptocurrencies in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is carried out by focusing on the triple interaction of people, businesses, and government/sovereignty. In this applied research, which was conducted using a mixed method (quantitative/qualitative), while reviewing, studying, and systematically surveying the subject literature, the proposed conceptual framework of the ecosystem was developed and validated by obtaining expert opinions in the form of in-depth interviews and measuring the Lavashi content validity ratio and index. The research sampling method was purposeful judgmental and snowball, which continued until theoretical saturation and reached a sample size of ten people. Based on the results, &ldquo;government&rdquo;, &ldquo;businesses&rdquo; and &ldquo;people&rdquo; have been identified as the main pillars of the ecosystem, policymakers and decision-makers as actors and other influential/affected entities as ecosystem beneficiaries.
