fa شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل بازدارنده فساد مالی در بانک‌های ایران امور مالی و اداره شرکت‌ها (G3) Corporate Finance and Governance (G3) مطالعه موردی Case Study <div style="text-align: justify;">مبارزه با فساد مالی را می‌توان به دو بخش مبارزات پیشگیرانه و مبارزات پسینی تقسیم کرد. اکثر کشورهایی که در بحث مبارزه با فساد موفق بوده‌اند، از روش‌های مبارزات پیشگیرانه استفاده کرده‌اند. یکی از روش‌های مبارزات پیشگیرانه، شناسایی و تقویت عوامل بازدارندهٔ فساد مالی در هر مجموعه و سیستمی است. نظام بانکی کشور به‌علت حجم بالای مبادلات پولی و مالی و ماهیت کاری خود، می‌تواند بیشترین برخورد را با پدیدهٔ شوم (فساد مالی) داشته باشد.همانند سایر سازمان‌ها، نظام بانکی کشور نیز با توجه به شرایط کاری خود، قوانین ، عوامل و ساختارهای گوناگونی را به‌منظور جلوگیری و مبارزه با فساد مالی پیش‌بینی و اجرا می‌نماید. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش دلفی عوامل موجود بازدارندهٔ فساد مالی در نظام بانکی کشور شناسایی و سپس با اجرای آزمون فریدمن نسبت‌به اولویت‌بندی و وزن‌دهی و میزان تأثیرگذاری هر عامل اقدام خواهد شد. پس از انجام‌دادن پژوهش، شش عامل اصلی (معیار) و 24 عامل فرعی (زیرمعیار) شناسایی شد. رتبه‌بندی عوامل بازدارندهٔ فساد مالی به‌ترتیب عوامل اقتصادی، ساختاری، سیاسی، مدیریتی، فردی، و اجتماعی قرار دارند.</div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">The fight against financial corruption is divided into two parts: preventive campaigns and post-combat campaigns. Most of the countries that have been successful in the fight against corruption have used preventive fighting methods. One of the methods of preventive campaigns is to identify and strengthen the factors that prevent financial corruption in any system.&nbsp;</span><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">Due to the high volume of monetary and financial exchanges and its business nature, the country&#39;s banking system can deal with the most sinister phenomenon (financial corruption).&nbsp;</span><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">The country&#39;s banking system, like all other organizations, foresees and implements various laws, organizations, factors and structures in order to prevent and fight financial corruption, according to their working conditions.&nbsp;</span><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">In this research, by using the Delphi method, existing factors that prevent financial corruption in the country&#39;s banking system will be identified, and then by implementing Friedman&#39;s test, prioritization and weighting and the degree of influence of each factor will be done.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;XB Kayhan&quot;">After conducting the research, 6 main factors (criteria) and 24 secondary factors (sub-criteria) were identified.
