fa بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه فکری، ثبات و ریسک‌پذیری در بانک‌ها سیاست پولی، بانکداری مرکزی و عرضه پول و اعتبارات (E5) Monetary Policy, Central Banking, and the Supply of Money and Credit (E5) مطالعه تجربی Empirical Study <div style="text-align: justify;">سرمایهٔ فکری تلاش برای استفادهٔ مؤثر از دانش به‌عنوان محصول نهایی در مقابل اطلاعات به‌عنوان مادهٔ خام است و یکی از منابع حیاتی توسعهٔ بهره‌وری و عملکرد بانک‌هاست. طبق دیدگاه مبتنی‌بر سرمایهٔ فکری و دیدگاه مبتنی‌بر منابع، سرمایه‌های فکری تنها منابع راهبردی هستند که سازمان را قادر به خلق ارزش و در نتیجه ایجاد مزیت رقابتی برتر و پایدار می‌کنند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین سرمایهٔ فکری، ثبات بانک، و ریسک‌پذیری در بانک‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس تهران است. حجم نمونه شامل ۱۲ بانک است که برای بررسی فرضیهٔ‌ پژوهش اطلاعات هفت‌سالهٔ این بانک&lrm;ها طی سال‌های ۱۳۹۴-۱۴۰۰ موردمطالعه قرار گرفته است. از نرم‌افزار EViews برای بررسی و تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد بین سرمایهٔ فکری و ثبات بانک‌ها در بانک‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس تهران، و نیز بین سرمایهٔ فکری و ریسک‌پذیری در بانک‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس تهران رابطهٔ معناداری وجود دارد. این نتایج می‌تواند بانک‌ها را در طراحی و بهره‌گیری از سیاست‌های هدفمند دربارهٔ سرمایهٔ فکری بانک‌ها یاری رساند و این امر باعث می‌شود ثبات بانک‌ها افزایش یابد.</div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">Intellectual capital is the effort to effectively use knowledge as a final product against information as a raw material, and it is one of the vital resources to develop the productivity and performance of banks. According to the view based on intellectual capital and the resource-based view, intellectual capitals are the only strategic resources that enable the organization to create value and as a result create a superior and sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between intellectual capital, bank stability and risk-taking in accepted banks listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The sample size includes 12 banks, which have been studied to investigate the hypothesis of the 7-year information research of these banks during the years (1394-1400). Eviews software has been used to review and analyze the data of this research. The findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital and the stability of banks in the banks admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. Also, there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital and risk-taking in banks admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange.
