fa نقد دو دلیل بر حرمت استخراج بیت‌کوین و اثبات حلّیت آن به‌عنوان جعاله سیاست اقتصاد کلان، جنبه‌های اقتصاد کلان مالیه عمومی و چشم‌انداز کلی (E6) Macroeconomic Policy, Macroeconomic Aspects of Public Finance, and General Outlook (E6) مرور ادبیات Literature Review بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین در مدت کوتاهی توجه کارشناسان و عموم مردم دنیا ازجمله جوامع اسلامی را به خود جلب کرد. با توجه به نوبودن موضوع، تحقیقاتی هرچند اندک در بررسی مشروعیت استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین از نگاه اندیشمندان مسلمان صورت گرفته که این مقاله متمرکز بر بررسی دو دلیل در پژوهش‌های اندیشمندان معاصر اهل سنت است. &laquo;نقض حق حاکمیت در انتشار پول&raquo; و &laquo;صدق قمار&raquo; از قوی‌ترین ادلهٔ آنان بر حرمت استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین است. تحلیل تطبیقی این دو دلیل با مبانی شیعه، ما را به این نتیجه می‌رساند که علاوه بر بطلان کبرای حق انحصاری حاکمیت در انتشار پول، صغرای تطبیق آن بر استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین نیز قابلِ‌اثبات نیست؛ چنان‌که از دیدگاه فقه شیعه نه بر صغری و نه بر کبرای مذکور، دلیل معتبری وجود ندارد. در مورد عنوان قمار نیز باوجوداینکه کبرای ممنوعیت قمار از مسلّمات فقه شیعه و اهل سنت است، از حیث صغری، تطبیق‌پذیر بر استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین نیست. افزون‌براین، نوآوری این مقاله در اثبات این امر است که عنوان جعاله موضوعاً و حکماً بر استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین منطبق است؛ لذا، می‌توان استخراج بیت<span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span>کوین را نوعی جعاله دانست که ایقاعی شرعی و معتبر شمرده شده است. Bitcoin soon attracted the attention of experts and the general public around the world, including the Islamic community. Due to the novelty of the subject, although little research has been done to examine the legitimacy of bitcoin mining from the perspective of Muslim thinkers, this paper is responsible for examining two reasons in the research of contemporary Sunni thinkers. The two reasons for &quot;violation of the sovereignty in the issuance of money&quot; and &quot;the truth of gambling&quot; are among their strongest arguments for the sanctity of bitcoin mining. A comparative analysis of these two reasons leads us to the conclusion that in addition to the major premise of the sovereign monopoly on the issuance of money, the minor premise of its application to bitcoin mining is not provable; As from the point of view of Imami jurisprudence, there is no valid reason for either the minor or the major premise. As for the title of gambling, although the prohibition of gambling is one of the prerogatives of Shiite and Sunni jurisprudence, but in terms of minority, it is not applicable to bitcoin mining.
